⚖️ Comprehensive Safety, Data & Liability Disclaimers

1. Off-Road Navigation & Inherent Operational Risks: Off-road driving, extreme rock crawling, water wading, and remote overlanding carry inherent physical, mechanical, and life-safety risks. TerraMatrix Pro™ is strictly an advisory navigation aid. The driver maintains 100% operational responsibility for vehicle handling, line choice, ground spotter guidance, and adherence to safety protocols. TerraMatrix Technologies and its creators assume zero liability for vehicle damage, rollovers, chassis/undercarriage fractures, trail recovery expenses, or personal injuries.

2. Vehicle Specifications & Kinematic Clearances: All preloaded vehicle dimensions (approach/departure/breakover angles, unladen ground clearance, water wading limits) are compiled from publicly available OEM manufacturer technical brochures and typical aftermarket lift/tire configurations to the best of our knowledge. Real-world clearance varies dynamically with passenger/cargo payload, suspension wear, tire pressure (PSI), chassis flex, and dynamic terrain compression. Feasibility ratings are mathematical approximations and do not guarantee safe obstacle clearance.

3. Third-Party Disaster & Meteorological Feeds: Live disaster advisories, cyclone paths, flood warnings, and earthquake coordinates are aggregated from public third-party feeds (UN GDACS, USGS, NOAA NWS, NDMA SACHET). This feed is provided for supplementary situational awareness only and is NOT an official civil defense emergency broadcast. Drivers must continuously follow local governmental warnings, police directives, and official evacuation orders.

4. Protected Lands, Wildlife Sanctuaries & Restricted Zones: Boundaries for National Parks, Wildlife Sanctuaries, Tiger Reserves, Eco-Sensitive Zones, and Military Buffers are mapped from open cartographic databases (OpenStreetMap/Overpass, WDPA). These boundaries are informational and may not reflect seasonal forestry closures, anti-poaching restrictions, or recent administrative gazettes. Physical on-ground signage, forest check-posts, and local authority permits supersede all in-app digital layers.

5. Nominative Fair Use of Aftermarket Brands & Trademarks: All third-party brand names, hardware models, and aftermarket manufacturers (e.g., Swastik Fabs, Bimbra 4x4, Proman 4x4, Sarbloh Motors, Tough Dog, Old Man Emu, Fox Racing, Ironman 4x4, ComeUp, Bilstein) are referenced strictly under nominative fair use for descriptive, identification, and technical compatibility calculation purposes. 6. Sensor Calibration & Inclinometer Telemetry: In-cabin pitch and roll calculations rely on smartphone internal gyroscopes and accelerometers. Sensor readings are subject to phone mount rigidity, vehicle vibrations, and calibration offset. They do not replace certified automotive clinometers or sound driving judgment on steep side-slopes.
